The work of Michael Maglaras and Terri Templeton
O Brother Man: The Art and Life of Lynd Ward is a mesmerizing film that appeals to a widely diverse audience of artists and illustrators, readers, American social history buffs, book collectors, and those who welcome an unexpected wave of nostalgia for the books of their youthful reading. The passion and enthusiasm of filmmakers Michael and Terri was truly infectious. They brought this brilliant artist and exceptional man and his prolific and quite unique work back into our consciousness. I can’t remember a program garnering so many kudos to the library for hosting it.
